 12sec gt starlet for sale

i currently have a 1990 gt starlet for sale, the reason i am selling it is because i have a new project car and need money to fund it.
the car is in A1 condition with no dents, scratches and had a full respray one year ago (gun metal grey), its lowered with 16in speedy light weight racing rims, gab suspension and darkest legal tint.
the car is one of Australia's fastest fwd in Australia on street tyres (its in the back of HPI if you want to look)running the quarter in 12.9sec. the car currently makes 220hp atfw
the car comes with sponsorship from pulse performance Newcastle and they would like to continue sponsoring it if the buyer chooses so.
i will be selling it the way it is but with two options. (the exterior will not be touched, just the motor accessories)
1. with a standard gt motor accessories ie.turbo, top mount etc.
2. the way it is now with the list of mods below

IHI VF34 turbo(less than 5k old)
PWR 600x300x75 cooler

yes i will return it to standard if a buyer came up to me and put a substantial deposit down. it not a big job if you know what you doin
car has recently had a fresh import motor put in with 80k on the clock.
