Well the writing in the circle is toyota in Katakana.
The next 4 characters including the - is corolla in Katakana as well.
For the last 3 characters...I have no idea...I can't read Kanji. However the last character, when on its own is 'kawa' or river.
I guess I could ask my Japanese teacher before school holidays!!!

kanagawa is a prefecture (ie kanagawaken)

Sweet cheers dude! Makes sense now!
Basically says:
Toyota - Toyota Corolla kanagawa
Maybe relates to the car and area it came from or dealership.
ANyone else got stickers like these on their cars?
