I'm pretty sure the CT26 on the 3S-GTE ST165 GT4 is different from the CT26 of the 7M-GTE MA70 Supra. Bigger exhaust wheel on the Supra unit, if I remember correctly, something like 40mm to 44mm ?

The CT26 on the 7MGTE isn't one of the twin-entry ones.

It sould also be noted that none of the turbos you just mentioned are the twin entry type... Both the st165 (From memory) and the 7mgte equipped ct26's are single entry... Only the 3sgtre's off the st185 and the SW20 MR2 are twin entry

Yep, twin entry ct26s are from ST185s and gen2 equipped SW20s.
The all have the same pitch etc, only difference is that a GroupA ST185 is equiped with a steel wheel, the rest are ceramic.
