Ok it's actually advertised for $8,990 at this yard and has brand new plates on it (AB-##-XX in that format), so it looks like it's just had rego transferred. It's right out the front of the yard, and worth checking out.

Where are you coming from? If you came along the Princes Hwy, turn left onto Port Hacking Rd (BEFORE Sylvania Mc's.. if you go past it, you've gone too far). Go down Port Hacking Rd and as you go through one set of lights you'll see a Caltex on your right just before a second set of lights. You can't miss the car yard, it's on the same side as the Caltex, but next door to it. The ST185 is the first car you'll see, eye-catcher.

Well I won't have a chance to give you any more details about it tonight because I'm going to get my car tuned up (FINALLY!) and I hope it's still there tomorrow morning when I drive by on my way to work.
It might be Saturday before I get a chance to take pics of this car, but with a bargain like this it's probably going to be ripe for the picking for any Toyota enthusiast who drifts by on a Saturday and wants to snap up a weekend special.

Well you're in the wrong market dude... this is an ST185 (3S-GTE AWD) not a 162 or a 165.

Re: FS: ST185 Celica GT-Four (false alarm...)

I updated the title after I went to check this ride out. It's not an ST185 after all. It's actually a 1992 Celica SX with a GT-Four bonnet.
It's a 5S-FE (2.2L) with 183,825km on it (not bad for 12 years old). I knew there had to be a reason why it was going so cheap... there was a 1997 3-door auto RAV4 sitting next to it for almost double the price!
Sorry for the false alarm, but it is a very nice looking SX Celica. Has been well taken care of with metallic blue painted disc and calipers, and swirl chrome wheels.
