4A-FE to 4A-GE Tue, 08 October 2002 02:28 Go to next message
The head on my gf's '92 Seca just went Mad and I thought it might be time to move up to the 4A-GE. Would it need new computer and wiring etc or can it all run as is with the same gear.
Is the cam shapes the only difference between these engines or is there more than meets the eye.

Cheers.
Midge

The two heads are quite different.

As stated a frontcut is best as it will still have the original computer and loom intact.

checkout http://www.billzilla.org for info on the 4A engines, in particular the 4AG.
