Aus. delivered GTV vs Jap-import GTV

Are they major differences? What is the quickest way to tell if it was a home delivered or jap GTV?
Oh yeah just in general, GTV compared to a GT-Apex import. What would be acceptable price differences for sale (landed, already registered).

GTV usually goes for less than APEX as it doesnt have power anything and the "sports" interior
Aus-GTV usually open diff t series. but apart from that they are the same thing. even the ECU is the same.
my car is a GTV was cheaper than APEX coz of the paint and the "sports" interior (no velour or pretty luxury stuff)
