pipe fitting

Just wondering if anyone knows of a rubber.silicon pipe/pipe fitting that will fit 45mm at one end and 63mm at the other.
Wanting to hook a liberty intercooler (45mm) to sc14 supercharger (approx 63mm). Dont realley want hassle of modding cooler.
pipe/pipe fitting needs to be straight and would prefer it to be less than 100mm long but i could go quite alot longer, possibly 400mm.
My other option is to spin up an aluminium adapter and run 45mm and 63mm couplings. Which i dont really want to do.
Must be able to handle boost pressure
