Having ordered heaps of stuff from both Greenline and T3 i think i can comment on this.
I have never had to pay GST or import duty on anything from either supplier, and i have ordered large amounts of gear.
I think you will be pretty safe in ordering from either. Be warned though, T3 does have a longer tunaround time due to Gabe being quite busy these days.
Also for my opinions on the camber tops in general see the thread linked off the AE86 section in the FAQ (Tech&Conv).
