No, the exhaust manifold is not compatible.
It's hard to say how the performance of your 18R-C will compare to an 18R-G as it depends on a lot of factors (eg the specific cam grind specs, the quality of the head porting, the carby you're using, whether it's been tuned properly) but it's unlikely to be a match for a stock 18R-G in good condition.

18rg is crossflow so ports are like this 0_0_0_0
18rc have simese ports so they are like this 0__00__0

with my furked 18RG running low comp, it got raped by a cammed-up 18RC celica {celica had 200kg less too}
