Its negotiable at the moment. I would like yourself or who ever to come and have a look to see whats its worth.
I'm not wanting to rip anyone off, so I'm not going to sit here and say "yeah its perfect mate" and then you come and find a problem.
I can arrange a RWC if need be and it will then have 6 months rego.
