Many years ago I wnet on a search like you for the centre bearing.
I couldn't find the inner bearing intself, which you managed to find. Congrats.
But, the bearing is supposed to be cast into the rubber mounting as a single unit with the housing.
I ended up biting the bullet and buying one from Toyota for about $70 (11yrs ago).I recommend you do the same, or install a one piece tailshaft, which will cost you a lot more.
The only other alternative would be to use the original housing and find somebody who can rubber cast the bearing in the centre. A really big ask I suspect.
