How long have you been chasing the AE71? I think I have the dizzy cap and loom issue covered. I need to sell and move on.

I thought that was the case. Did the AE70 come with a K series motor and the AE71 with the 4A motor? Any other differences? Won't the 4age drop straight in with right emgine mounts?

Re: FS: 4AGE RWD + JDM T50 Sat, 20 November 2004 05:13 Go to previous messageGo to next message
Its really simple...

KE70 - K indicates K series engine, E is the type of chassis, 7 is the number of chassis revision (7th revision) 0 means that there has been no body and/or styling changes.

AE71 - A denotes A series engine, E chassis again, this number is 7 still (same chassis basically just different diff and gearbox for 4A), then 1 means it is the first styling change... i think on the AE71 its just the lights...

Hey ive got an idea... Since Jaydik wants the gearbox... and I want the engine... would you split it??? obviously giving me the higher price for the more valuable item...

I just want to make sure... have you found the dizzy and loom?

Unless you've got a problem with that...

Late model KE70s look exactly the same as the AE71, KE70s came with both revisions of the front end.
