GZE into AE92 Wiring HELP!!!!

Hello all,
i am installed my gze into the spot where my little 4a-fe engine used to be. I wired up the wiring harness, plugged it into my ecu.
Now here is the problem, i plug in the two ecu plugs from the wiring harness. The other ecu plug comes from the car but it is for the 4a-fe computer? what the heck do i do now?
piece of piss - that is IF you know what you are doing.
if you have a the DASH LOOM from the front cut your engine came from, and the engine loom from your 4A-FE, then i can possibly help you out - send me a PM if you need it.
