I see no reason why they wouldn't fit a RWD. Offset, i'm unsure. How can i check?
Yes, i believe that the other stud pattern is 4x114.3. Once again, i'm unsure, any idea how i can check?
And guess what, about them being 16x7? I'm unsure  I believe they are (from my measurements), but yeah.. unsure..
sorry it's so vague, the rims were on the car when i bought it and i can't seem to find any detailed information about them..

The problem off putting on RWD is that the rim may hit the car, as the offest for FWD and RWD differ greatly.
Here is how to check it.
Also, while the rim is off, check around it for markings.
It could be stamped somewhere.

If you have a look at the photos, its an EXA, FWD at that.
I'm assuming they were on there to begin with.

20mm.
Anything greater than 20mm is illegal for our cars in WA.
It reduces the track.
