just installed bov (turbosmart vee) and 3" turbo back ex system.. without buying an air fuel controller what are some other things i can do to make the car run leaner?

nope.. might have something to do with my "very highflocat" and new position of the ex sensor??

It sounds like your O2 sensor is not reading properly, a common problem when changing the stock location with a new header. I had the same thing happen when I installed a Thorly on my 5MGE.
