Im after a jap spec bell housing to suit a 4age, Im pretty sure that these are off the split case gearboxes with the larger bearings through them. I have been told that these will mate up to a W58 gear box as well is this correct?

I'm no expert on these but I've seen 2 different bellhousings on 4age t50 g-boxes. The only difference is that one has the clutch fork on rhs [drivers]the other on lhs. Otherwise IDENTICAL & INTERCHANGEABLE Both were from a split case t50 large bearing box.The rhs one was from a Levin [iIrc] 86kw & is perhaps what you refer to as Jdm. Never tried to but the w58 box is much larger & I can't imagine it bolting straight onto a 4age bellhousing.[though it may be possible via. an adaptor plate] I have a lhs clutch fork bellhousing I can sell you if that helps.
