i could imagine the fuel supply of a turbo and a gze supercharger would be the same...
logic says it should work

'Cept he said it was a bluetop 4AGE
Seriously, don't. If he isn't going to do it right in the first place, he's always going to be plagued with problems.

Maybe. But it'll never work as well as one with a ECU made to handle boost. Could you adapt a 4AGZE computer?

it's been done a before, as far as i know the people that have done it used a rising rate fuel reg (malpassi?) and put a diode in line with the cold start sensor or something. a bit of google and you would probably find info on it.
but as justcallmefrank said best to use a set-up thats made for boost.

thats gotta be the DODGIEST way of using an N/A ecu to control a boosted motor EVER!!!
i am gonig to try something similarly dodgy, but will be taking it to a DYNO to be sure im not completely raping the motor in doing so..... and will be using a Jaycar Digital Fuel Adjuster kit to adjust mixtures if they need it.
# adding GZE injectors
# adding 2 bar MAP sensor (very important)
# making sure engine is physically plumbed and set up to take PRESSSURE in the manifold rather than vacuum.

yes it may be dodgy Karl, i dont even know exactly whats done other than the rising rate fuel reg.
i mainly wanted to state to ae86drift that it has been done.

yeah it CAN be done, anythign CAN be done if you REALLY need it to work...
but i wouldnt classify that as being a legitimate way to run a performance engine... dodgy plus!

Ah, ok. where can you get an item like that, putting bigger injectors and pump in is not prob, but just have to sort the ecu out!!!
