There well could be better carb tuning pages somewhere. Here is some good info Ihappened to run into.
I myself have a book for rebuilding Weber and Dellorto twin carbies. I have no need to resort to instructions in the net.

I'm not surprised to see you be happy with this book. It's great book.
Too bad people really are not into books. They seem to try everything the hard way. "Let's try this jet and see what it does". No wonder carbie tuning seems unattainable.
Carbie people - do yourself's a favour and get this book.
