[Osaka, Japan] Reports have it that a crazed 23 y.o. man drove a Kouki black limited edition Hachi in a frenzy killing 1 and wounding several. (excuse the translation!)

I see the prblem. If the bicycle simply hadn't leapt they'd all be ok. Leaping bicycle = nemisis of all 86's.
