The TRD wheels were actually Nardi, only difference is the logo on the horn. If you look at parts lists in the Trueno Levin Bible you can see (NARDI) next to the steering wheels.
I just bought a Nardi wheel on the weekend and the guy gave me a catalogue and the wheel being sold here is similar to Tsuchiya's but isn't the same, there is one here that is exactly the same but with the Nardi logo. The Wheel I got was a Classic Nardi but a new type with brushed metal spokes (it's not yet in the catalogue) the guy says it's the first in Aust coz he's the only authorised distributor.

 100 bucks is a steal! I don't know if you can restore leather on steering wheels but brand new you'd be looking at $500+
