This type of diff that has been fitted to cars with motors that ouput more than twice that figure that hp figure. I really doubt it would fit a KE25, as i am sure that the back of them is leaf sprung and a shorter diff, that being the first problem.

I can vouch that my hilux diff upgrade with rear discs will cost more!! 
anyone building a tuff celica should buy this and save themselves the hassel/time/money.
