why machine it out of billet? too intricate a design for sheet?

Haha The first thing i thought when I read the title was a billet grill like a George Foreman jobbie, CNC machined fat run off channels.
Anyway if you really want a billet grill look for a engineering shop with a CNC router as stewart suggested. Wont be cheap but.

I have done a few, not billet, rather lasercut.
I drew the designs up in AutoCad, and had them lasercut out of stainless.
The Sprinter one was dead easy as it is flat, but the ones I did for a TA22 and RA28 required a bend. After a polish, nothing looks more trick!
I even did a TRD logo on the one for my AE86....
