i got a ae95 with a stock muffler fitted with a rwc 9" tip that sticks all the way out and hit shit if its on a angle Confused

would it be legal to cut it down 2 stock size like 3" or something, btw wat is the stock lenght of muffler tip for a 4AFE engine? (ae92/95 etc)
