yeh another Stargate SG-1 fan here too, love the show and the movie. it should come as no surprise that i also love Star Trek, all of the series' too lol.

Hi,
Yep, bit of a fan here also. Got the entire Startrek NG, Voyager, DS9 and Farscape series on VHS and DVD.
Also like Enterprise, but with Ch9 being so shit it isn't on all the time and even then they stuff up the sequence of the series.
Yeah, put a big nerd sticker on my 4head also. However, I do have one saving grace - I can't stand Idol and that means I'm not a total boghead.

Big Stargate fan here. Mate at work torrents all of the SG-1 and Atlantis episodes, so don't have to stuff around waiting for channel seven to show them.
Also a huge fan of Futurama!

haha you mean Macgyver, Richard Dean Anderson played him, it was an awesome show, remember watching it when i was growing up lol. it was like a cheap shorter version of Indiana Jones, especially the Macgyver movie, but it was still cool.
haha River you like Enterprise too!! its the best Star Trek imho, because it shows what happened from the beginning.
and yes, Futurama and The Family Guy are both awesome cartoons. and this is for anyone that doesnt like Star Trek.----->>

Atlantis isn't shown in australia, however u can download the latest episodes from suprnova.org
It features Dr Weir who was seen in a few season 8 episodes and it also has Dr mckay in it. From what i've seen so far it seems pretty good.

One day. I'll get the entire series on dvd and watch it back to back. This also goes for Buffy & Angel series
No matter how hard you try you always lose track of it because certain stations stop broadcasting them for no reason then bring them back with old episodes, then dont announce when new episodes are out etc.

Yeah I think its January release for the MacGyver dvds?
The idea behind Stargate: Atlantis is the show is from a more scientific viewpoint. It has less military involvement and is more rounded. About half way through the first season so far, and its pretty good. At the moment there are only a few characters that are likeable, but its getting better.

always loved stargate, i've been getting atlantis off IRC.. i wasn't expecting anything good, but i'm really enjoying it. the wraith are more badarse than goa'uld
and as for macgyver dvds... i've been waiting fucking ages for them

never used to watch much startrek, but my better half is a big fan, so i've gotten into it as well... prefer enterprise, since i've watched from the start *hugs teh intarweb*
so i'm a nerd.. better than watching Idol and the so called "reality" shit
