Hi
just wondering as i am putting my motor back in my car shortly what could make an 18rgeu dizzy not rev out?
with the 18rgeu dizzy it really didnt want to rev past 5500 but the car had an exceptional midrange (which i thought was weird) so maybe it was re-graphed? or could this be a problem with the ignitor/coil?
when replaced with a standard 18rc/g points dizzy the car would rev to 7 and beyond no troubles.
any ideas?
i would like to replace the std unit with a locked 18rc unit with a crane magnetic pickup+ ignitor
thanks in advance
Daniel

its a problem with the 18rgeu dizzy
other dizzys worked fine just not the rgeu one.
i was just wondering if this is a common thing that occurs when the coil/ignitor is incorrect or if it is something to do with the springs and weights or the pickup itself.
