It depends on what you want to do with them.
I wouldn't bother comparing the 3T to the others though, it's a long way behind in technology.

I think just recently there was a discussion along the same lines as this, so might be worth your time for a search..
But... you are comparing some pretty different engines there, A nissan 16v 2ltr, a Toyota 8v 1.8ltr, and an east - west Toyota 16v 2ltr.
So depends a lot on the car its going into.. I'm assuming RWD? 3TGTE will probably fit easiest, followed by SR20DET.
3SGTE is probably the pick of the lot, but also the hardest to fit.
