EFI + Turbo + inexpensive + little work = sell KE10 and buy a car with factory fitted turbo and EFI (Pulsar ET turbos are prolly inexpensive now).
Dead set - any half decent set up in a KE10 is going to require a LOT of work, even more cash and a shiteload of commitment.
Sell your KE10 to me for about $20 and use this money as the starting of your savings toward said factory turbo.

no no, sell it to me
commitment, a whole lot of perserverence, and a lot of time to work things out... basically it's just like doing a conversion to any other car, except.
engine bay is smaller,
transmission tunnel is smaller...
... everything is smaller...
front suspension is transverse leaf...
rear suspension is leaf...
steering box is worm/sector...
mmmm commitment
