Searching for dark green Celica owner?

I was driving passed TRG Automotive (Cardiff/Newcastle) today and i noticed a bullshit green celica there (ta,ra im not too sure, dont know my celicas that well) with a huge front mount i/c and giant cannon.
I just wanted to say "sweet ride", what sorta power you making.

I think the number plate was "OWG" or something similar, has simmons (i think there simmons)

There are black yellow and white celica owners but i have yet to see a dark green one maybe he was feeling ill when u saw him

i was going to buy "JET-600" i think that was the plates but its JET ??? forgot numbers, its an ra23 with a 7M-GTE, microtech or a hltech, black, big front mount. took it for a spin, i didnt want to rev it past 3k in the wet.

Its actually the 2nd (althought they maynot be the same model of celica) one ive seen, the 1st one belongs to a member of this forum, it had a 1ggze in it at the time.
