is g/box oil the same a engine oil?
it seems like the engine oil is leaking from the gbox or is there something less wrong Confused

no
gbox oil is NOT the same as engine oil.

probably leaking from rear main seal. in which case u need to unbolt the gear box clutch and flywheel to get to it

brake and clutch uses same fluid

easiest way is to put it inthrough the shifter
and stop when it comes out the level plug on the side

i just remembed i dont have the tailshaft on Confused could that be the cause of the leak?
