Hey Guys, finally got my car back!
The car has not been tuned as yet, due to old fuel, so we were worried about pinging. Other than that, car seems to run ok, on stock boost, not tuned, and That stupid silencer in the exhaust!
Mods Are:
Body:
TRD Carbon Fibre Grill
Elegance Bodykit
Wheels/Tyres:
18 x 7.5/8 Gram Lights 57 Pro
225/40/18 Front Falken FK451
245/40/18 Rear Falken FK451
Suspension:
Tein Flex Coilovers
Tein EDFC
TRD front and rear sway bars
JIC Front Strut bar
Cusco rear strut bar
Engine/Mechanical:
1JZGTE Conversion
Hybrid FMIC
Haltech E6X
3" Exhaust, from Turbos
W58 JZA80 5 Speed
Altezza JDM LSD
Interior:
Trust GREX Gearknob
Limited Edition Carbon Fibre Steering Wheel
SARD Boost Gauge
HKS Turbo Timer
Still a bit of cleaning up to do under the bonnet tho.

Wow!
That's one of the nicest, cleanest looking IS200's that's not rice. It's just nicely done, especially the 1jz transplant.
Bravo.
Tune it, and don't touch a thing... because you have luxury and performance. Brilliant!!!
Awesome choice on the rims... just ... brilliant!!!
Was it originally 2.0 V6 running F economy heads in the standard motor?

I was looking for a C-West front bar only, but then thought, naaa What for? I really do want Ganador mirrors though, and a CF Bonnet, but I think thats it now, no more spending on cars!

I think i will take your advice, althought, the bonnet weighs soo much,If I get a CF Bonnet, I will spray it white, I think CF Bonnets, are becoming a rice factor.

just get some wax and grease remover and clean them really well. then make sure they are smooth as, if not give them a light sand and then spray as you would normally.
You want to spray and not polish then?

I had a look at that TD06, Im a fan of them, as I have 3 friends with the turbo, but considering it has no wastegate, lines etc, probably need to rebuild turbo, its too out of the budget

Just a small update,
First off, xolent, the car is fully engineerd, so I guess its ok to have an older engine in.
As you have probably notice of all my post, I had alot of troubles. Turned out the original mechanic (who also stole my 6 speed, diff, sway bars, gauges, etc etc approx 4k worth) did a very bodgey job, which was a good thing in one way, I learnt alot from fixing his farkups (and from toymods input too). Engine was running low compression on 2 cylinders, and was smokey. He didnt belive in gaskets it seems, Turbo, exhaust, no thrmostat, crimped heater hose, list goes on! So decided to get rid of it (someone here I think took it) and start again. Bought a nice motor from a member here, and to date, has not given me any drams. Here is the new motor, I have painted the rocker covers black, and also the turbo/cooler piping black, for that standard look.
I will update furhter with engine bay shots.

Are you paying out the 4K???? they are beasty little engines!!!!!
KOFFEE-BLACK: Dont you believe in Cam gear covers?? leaving it like that will shred the timing belt in pieces within 10,000km's. If ur lucky, it wont happen when ur working around a running engine!!
Brilliant looking car though mate...how come you didnt go for the 2JZ?

Money stop me from going 2JZGTE, also, the torque, will kill all driveline!
