how do you gain power at the same boost level.. id assume steels to be laggier due to more rotating mass (steel vs ceramic)... Are they hiflowed or something as well?

the steel wheel do make it laggier but the turbine is twice the size of the old one that's where the power comes from. i am supplying to change the wheels in your turbo's to steel wheel one's. not selling old turbos.
