Where do you do to score test drives without the dealer coming with you ???!!!
Not exactly fun when he is sitting in the back telling you to.... "ease up" or "u gotta indicate"..
but then again, it was a new car

Rock up in a brand new beemer or merc, & wear your sunday best. Tell the guy mother & father are buying you a new car for your birthday (while yawning), can you test drive that porsche over there?

If you want to score test drives of exotic cars, it helps if you bring along a friend who is a doctor...

Most are fine with you doing it if you give them a credit card imprint. There is a place in Perth that will let you test-drive an NSX as long as you provide evidence you can pay for a crash.
Then they let you have all the fun you want...just don't crash it

We got to test drive an A-Klass 190LWB with a fair few trimmings for 3 days. Took it for a long drive!
