Is there such thing as a underdrive crank pulley for a 7MGTE? If so do they make much difference in power wise etc

An underdrive crank pulley might net you 0.5hp at 7000rpm, ie not noticeable at all. Meanwhile your power steering won't work properly at parking speeds, your battery will go flat in traffic, and the car will overheat on hot days. Not so smart for a car you drive on the street.
