hey guys,

just wondering if there is any point of puttin a k&n air filter on moy carbie, i just put the sports zaust on. will it make much diff??

yes it is possible with the 4age ,also u can put a K&N on it they have special adaptors for carbie engines so that is also possible though best idea for a carbie may be a Ram Flow for your car which repco supercheap all stock and also repco can order in an adaptor for a Filter for your engine. Ram Flow is bacially a "performance"air filter for a carbie engine,

i have heard of em before but never knew wat they did. so ramflo will give me a bit of boost???.

any ideas on the price tag??

i put a K&N on my 3T carby... sounds awsome but stuffed up the air flow ratio but that was easy fixed... as for performance gain i would say it would be a touch better but you ose power bottom end sa there will always be more air at low revs compared to fuel...

the ram flow is supposed to be better and get around that issue

It's not like it's exactly going to make a significant difference... 4AG's came factory with autos.
