oring the block is where they cut a grove in your block around each cylinder and then install a pice of wire which is higher than your block height so when you install your new head gasket the wire is bedded into the gasket which stops it from being pushed side ways and venting to the sump also lets me run higher boost for longer periods of time.

I think it cost me $40 a bore that was through bryants engineering when u get this done u need to supply them with a head gasket so they can install the ring in the right spot. If you go to acl gaskets over at eagle farm they have the program on there machine already to cut out 18rg gaskets so you can get what ever form of gasket you want they cost $25 a bore.

I'm in the beginning stages of a 18RG turbo build at the moment.
It certainly looks the part, what wheels are you running, those look rather tasty, and how did you go with offset (spacers?)

1st the photos for the manifold i'll take some while i have it off at the moment and pm to u and no guarter time yet. one day would like to run a low 11s. 2nd the wheel are ford stup pattern old off set on the rear and new ford off set. I was able to fit 17x8 rims with 255 on the rear and 215 on the front you could fit 275 under the rear but it would be tight the 255 has heaps of room.
