All 202 lifters are the same dimensions - in fact they are the same from 149 through the 202s to the 3.3 in stock form. Therefore, a 202 lifter is a 202 lifter
That being said, there are some different flavours of lifter made in that standard size. The variations avaialable are generally:
Hydraulic - the stock unit, which suits most hi-po applications too
Hydraulic but non-pump up (which I don't know much about)
Solid lifters (non-hydraulic, and rather rattly)
As for fitting them to a 3K ... NFI, I'm afraid. Except that they don't actually go in the head itself

what does NFI mean,
i was under the impression that 202 lifters were a good upgrade from the 'K' series ones ?

NFI = No Freakin' Idea
I've never worked on K motors, so I can't help with that bit, sorry There is little doubt that the GM type lifters are solid bits of gear, though - if that's any help ...
Cheers,
Adam
