 FS: 512Mb laptop ram.

I was given RAM as some kind of freeby-deal when I bought a laptop. Only problem is all my RAM bays are full, so I'm selling it off.
Brand new laptop RAM still in packaging.
(200 pin SO-DIM)
PC2700
DDR333
CL2.5
2 x 256Mb chips
Retails for just under $200.
Selling for $100. Pickup highly preferred.

I should probably clear something up about the RAM, as I've had about 4 messages regarding this. The type of ram is so-dim (as it says in the original post). This is one of the newer types of RAM, so it will suit any new laptop, and should suit the majority of laptops made in the last couple of years. It won't be suitable for older laptops (pentium 1 or 2).
