what sort of carb
what is a 'starter jet'
do you mean an idle jet?
there are 3 phases to a weber carby. idle, progression and power.
if you have the correct idle jets, progression ports, aux venturis and main jets then you will be fine.
i think you need to explain your problem a bit more

sorry dude, i edited my post. didnt mean to sound rude.
starter jets are only operational while the choke is on, hence no real need for them in my application.
i know there are 3 phases of a weber carby, you can actually block the starter jets by silver soldering. my real question was if anyone knew how to remove a seized jet.
i have now sorted the problem.
cheers.
