I thought the redline would be higher? as the silvertop maximum power is 160ps@7400 so the redline shouldn't be at 7400 I guess? Also maximum power for the blacktop is 165ps@7800, could the 8000rpm on the dash be the "yellowline"? or broken redline?
I couldn't find any information on the internet.. A the moment I've got the semi fuel cut at 7400 and full fuel cut at 8000rpm, but was wondering if I could take it more since the power is so high in the revs.. and my diff is 4.33 which doesn't help much either.. feels very slow near the bottom end.. my friend's 4afe ae92 feels faster around the street!

The 16V redlines at 7400, the 20V must be a bit higher than that.
If I had a 20V, I'd be reving it to at least 8 grand.

that's what I thought too... I'm dreaming about 9,000, but I'm not going to try it until it's been confirmed!

I tried (accidently of course!!..) my GZE to 10,000 - couple of weeks later it suffered a most inconvenient case of vented block disease (busted conrod)
