AFAIK they did not come in any Australian delivered cars. All RA23's and 28's came with the SOHC 18R-C. 18R-GU's were in the GT celicas, however none were officially released over here. They are an import engine however they are pretty common. There are quite a few in the For Sale section.

Yes GT Corona too!  And GT Carinas And maybe a Mark 2 (GSS) or 3  but without the "U" I think.
