I priced this a while ago for my 23. Definately ring around, I got quotes ranging from $60 to $250. This was without labour, as I'm rebuilding my 23 and will be putting the lining in myself. The cheapest I could find was a mob over near Kelvin Grove, can't remember who they were but they said they'd sew one up for $60 if I could bring in the original.
They are quite easy to make and if you know anyone who can use a sewing machine it would probably be easier to make it.
Just remember the front and rear sections of the trim are actually glued around the edges under the front and rear windscreen rubbers. You should be able to do it without taking out the windows, but I'm not sure how nice it would end up looking.

Do it with the windows out, much easier. I took out my roof lining and got it made up and installed it myself in a black velour for the princly sum of about $110 from memory. He used the original one as the pattern though so you would want to make sure that you keep that intact.
