It has 30 000 on the clock and is immaculate owned by my greeat auntie or something along those lines.
Im wondering about what sort of engine it has, i dont want a dog pos, was the 4AGE still in production?
i shall tell you what model it is when i do see it, as i know this invariably will determine which engine lives in its bay.
So im after what engines came in this model? and power figures.
Thankyou any help is appreciated.

probably a 7a-fe or 4a-fe of some sort.
Do a search on ae101 engine to get more info

Hey man, I'm assuming this is the same Peg Leg from Hot4's. I've got a 96 Corolla dude, as said, they've got the 4afe (1.6L) and 7afe (1.8L) engines, but I think they're both well under 100kW's at the wheels. Good car though. It's a good little engine but not one that you'd bother spending money on. 30,000 is awesome though, mine's got 160,000 on it and still going strong

dont bother with any engine with the 'f' series head on them , just buy an ae82 and put a 4ag in it yourself

Go for the AE101, they're not everyone's cup of tea but they're newer and the 4AGE series will bolt straight in considering that virtually all 4AGE's were FWD.

not sure about the 4a-fe but a 7a-fe will spurt out 115hp, it feels like a lot less though
