Compliance for the more common S13's, GTS-T's is cheaper than the limited number of AE101's that are demanded.

Compliance Plates cost quite a bit for a shop to make, andif there is only going to be a limited number of imports they will either charge heaps for the plate or simply not do a plate for that model.

Hope this is right.

I know the guy in Sydney who compliances the Levin. He has 2 for sale currently. If you're genuinely interested, P.M. me & I'll give you contact details.

$13,000 sounds like a pretty good price from Justjap (depending on quality). However, consider that several AE101 Levins sold in Japanese auctions last week for between $45 - $1800. You could have one ready for rego for $9000.

There's no website, he's just selling privately. I reckon your best bet is to contact www.justjap.com (in Sydney), cos' they'll have several Levins for sale by late November. Prices expected to be from $10,000 for autos to $16,000 for good quality manuals.
