How about something like the VZ Monaro wheels? Cleverly designed to look deep-dish, yet they have the same offset as the standard (shallow dish) commodore wheels.

A) THEY ARE 5 STUD
B) I'm pretty sure they are +40 offset like all new cars

I voted for D, and CruZida, I know what you are going through.

In the end it is a bit of a compromise as to what looks the best from the limited amount available.

BTW, the VZ Monaro rims are +48 offset in 18x8" and are 5x120, and I reckon they look pretty good !!!!

What brand and size tyres are you going to fit ? What load rating do you have to maintain ?

Cheers

They don't really look for the load rating over here. Provided there is good tread and they are the right size they are fine. As you pointed out, it's stupid trying to maintain a load rating higher than an 1800kg HSV GTS! Very Happy

I'd say there will most likely be Bridgestone Potenza G3's wrapped around them.

Lucky buggers.

When I get the car engineered, I'll get reference made to acceptance of a lower load rating just for safety sake. The interesting thing is that the MA61's originally had a Load Index of 94, but the heavier and more powerful MA70's had a load index of 92 !!!!

I'll be looking at Goodyear GSD3's or even a set of super sticky stuff like the New Dunlop DJ02's etc so I can really blast through the hills Very Happy
