4afc cold start question...

hey guys,
just wanna ask a question, i already searched the forums but souldnt find anything. everytime a start my ae92 4afc in the morning or just not using it for a while it makes this screeching grinding noise, and wont let me start first time i have to do it twice to get it started..
any suggestions would be appreciated..

...or the regulator's jammed inside the alternator.
Are you getting flat batteries?

i never really get flats it just takes a while to get it started it seems like the battery when it tries to start but it cant, and then when it does it makes that screeching noise, even if i just leave the radio on for like 15 seconds when the cars off.
