I belive its a nissan t28 ceramic wheel ball bearing unit with a t3 zorst manifold housing.

it is indeed a t3 flange turbo

the series 2 rb20 turbo is also t28ish in size and bb with a t3 flange. in comparison the rb25 turbo is slightly bigger.
