Sprinter Seat Belts, other cars?

G'day all
Looking for some ADR 4d compliant seatbelts.
the stock sprinter seatbelts that I can find are pre 1985, so they are adr 4c compliant. I need 1985 belts or later. Adr 4d or 4-000 or 4-001.
Can anyone give me a suggestion on which cars I can get these seat belts from?

I have heard that AE82 belts (front ones anyway) will work in the AE86. But I don't know for certain.
