WTD: Steel, "front" mounted engine mounts Thu, 16 December 2004 04:18 Go to next message
Need a set of these mounts, anybody? I've got some gen 3 injectors, if by some rare stroke of luck anyone would like to swap.

Just have to be sure they're not the alloy, rear mounted type.

As per;

When you say front mounted, you mean the ones from a GA70 Supra cut?

I'm not sure, I'm fairly sure my engine came from a ga70, but has rear mounted alloy type mounts...Hmmm

According a search, the GA61, GX61, GX71, GX81, GZ10 have the correct mounts, can't find whether GA70's have the right ones though. If they are, mine must be either a freak, or not from a GA70.

EDIT: I need ones that are bolted to the position indicated "mid" on the following pic;

Matt
don't bother with trying to get them mounts just cut the mounts off you crossmember and weld mounting plates on there to bolt the engine to
