Supercharged MR2 check engine light?

The other day we changed the clutch and gearbox on my sc finally i have put it all bak together and now i am getting a check engine light when the engine is reved not at idle. Im guessing its something i have forgotten to plug in anyone have any ideas? The timing hasnt been altered and all the ignition leads are on tight. The engine dosent sound rough at all...

speed sensor?? put it into diagnosis mode - it will basically tell you what is wrong.. i assume you can do this with mr2's

not 100% sure with the mr2 but i know with my 20v the speed sensor not being hooked up will put the check light on AND reduce the rev limit of the engine.. If that is the problem.. putting it into diagnosis mode is really easy.. takes 2 minutes.

the speed sensor is attached to the gearbox right under the thermostat ?

when i did the gze swap in '99 the check engine light would come on after about 5 mins of operation and stay on. i found no faults and the ECU didnt throw any codes so i just kept flooging it..
oneday it just went away and didnt do it again.

find out which fault the ecu is telling you then adjust replace that particular sensorproblem, pos
