if the 20 valve piston runs no problem with the 16 valve head, by theory that's the easiest way to get hi compression piston in a 16 valve 4age huh?
If its higher compression you're after in the 20V Rex would suggest the easiest way is also one of the smartest ways. Just fit a thinner head gasket between the stock 20V head and block.
Many companies produce them and with one about 0.6mm they suggest the C/R will be around 11.6.
If its the compression of the 16V you're looking to upratio, then just use a 16V one.
